Choose which payment method you prefer to use. Payment on Luc Verschuuren's webshop runs through the secure channels of:

IS ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE?
Payments go through the Shopify Payments checkout. These reliable and SSL secured POS systems meet the highest security standards for payment transactions (PCI-DSS).
We ship via DHL as standard. If you pay online and your order is finished monday-friday before 3:00 pm, your package will be shipped the same day.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item received, you have the option to exercise your legal right of withdrawal. In that case, you must indicate via our return form within 14 days of receipt of your order that you want to use it.

You can only exchange / return products in an undamaged condition. We request that you provide the return shipment with the correct information (including return number) on the outside of the box, which will be shown to you after registration of your return. Your order must then be received by Luc Verschuuren within 14 days of registration.
Luc Verschuuren reserves the right to refuse return shipments or to refund only part of the amount paid if:
* the items have not been returned in the original packaging (as far as reasonably possible);
*the return has not been reported via the return form within 14 days of receipt;
* the items are not in our possession within 14 days after registration via the return form.
When exchanging, please state the article number (or the product link) of the desired product in the comment of the return form. Do not forget to specify the correct size / color and check on our site whether this article is still available in the correct size / color.
The shipping costs from you to the store and the risk of this shipping are for your account. These costs are approximately 6.95 euros per package (NL). Consult the carrier's website for the exact rates. Until receipt of the goods by Luc Verschuuren, you remain responsible for these goods and the shipment. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped shipments will not be accepted.
If you have chosen a payment or delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest method for your order, then this price difference will not be eligible for a refund for return shipment.
Luc Verschuuren will then refund the paid order amount (minus any additional costs of a more expensive payment or delivery method) within 14 days after registration of your return via the payment method with which you have paid the order, provided that the product is already in good order at that time. Luc Verschuuren has been returned.
We do our utmost to deliver your order to your satisfaction. Yet it may happen that you have a complaint about an order or product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then deal with your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt. If the resolution of your complaint takes longer than 14 days, you will receive a message about this within 14 days.
If we have not been able to resolve your complaint satisfactorily, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via this platform of the European Union.

When you have completed the ordering process, an order confirmation will automatically be sent to you by e-mail. If you have not received it after 15 minutes, please contact our customer service, so we can see where things went wrong.
